Profile:

Clair has worked within tourism overseas for many years including stints in: Spain, Portugal, the Balearics, the Canaries, Finland, Greece and Croatia.

Thanks, in part, to her travels Clair now enjoys a wonderful mix of activities outside of work including: sailing, skiing, astrology and learning languages. She also loves living by the sea and enjoys nothing more than a walk along the shore eating her favourite rum & raisin ice cream.

The students and staff had an incredible experience that we will remember for a very long time. I cannot imagine the amount of work required to make it the success it was, but thank you!
