Disneyland: Modern Foreign Languages
[Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, Key Stage 5 - A Level]
Fun With Languages introduces Key Stage 3 students (12-14 yrs) to several different languages with the help of Disneyland® Resort Paris Cast Members - Disney employees from many different nationalities. Using whiteboard-friendly video clips, you will be able to watch and listen to Cast Members speaking in their native tongues whist taking a video tour of Disneyland Resort Paris.
Subject Focus:
- KS 3-5: Enable students to engage in spontaneous, unscripted encounters with native speakers.
- KS 3-5: Develop students' confidence and fluency in speaking French by using it in practical situations.
- KS 3-5: Better understand the culture of the people who speak the language.
