Firstly, if you want to get back to the previous section you can retrace your actions by going to the top left hand side of the page underneath the title picture. For example, on this page you will see that you have previously come from Home : Help so click on Home to take you back.

This is quite a large, content rich, site packed full of relevant and useful information. We haven't tried to over complicate it like some other educational sites and through thorough market research we have quickly established that our Party Leaders want as much or as little information as they have time to browse. So the site has a straightforward means of finding your way around using the following four key options at the top of each page: About Us, Destination, Subject and Safety.

About us

This option tells you what we offer with regards to organising tailor-made trips to suit the specific needs of your group, our commitment to responsible travel and our commitment towards you as a customer. You can also view members of the team and put a face to a voice. We feel that we have provided enough information to explain that we are a professional, credible company that are dedicated to customer service.

Destinations

Next to About Us is the Destination section which displays all the countries that we offer and all the educational tours available within those destinations. It is designed to give you a complete overview with simple navigation options if you want to delve deeper into the site.

Subjects

Within this area you will find a comprehensive list of all our core subjects with all their related destinations and tours.

Safety

All the information that you need to know about how highly Travelbound value tour safety, from Risk Assessments to Safety Management Documents; Insurance Policies to our 24-Hr Customer Support Line, we are 100% dedicated to providing you with as safe a trip as possible. Our safety section also has a lot of in-depth information and useful downloads to ensure teachers, parents, headmasters and governing bodies are happy to send their students away with a company that is leading the way in safety and is backed by TUI Travel plc.

Group leaders' zone

If you need any assistance with how to book then at the top right hand corner of each page there is a link to our Group Leader, ‘making life easier', section which contains a step-by-step guide to booking, tips and advice and feedback from our already satisfied customers. This section also contains a secure password protected area that can be accessed to download important information and documents relevant to the various stages of the planning process. (Login details will be supplied upon confirmation of booking.)

'Search by' list

If you want to find a subject led destination, that is right for your students, go to our ‘Search By' list which is at the top right hand side of every page.

Simply use the drop down menus to browse through subjects, destinations or key stages to find the tour that you think would suit your students.

Each tour is subject related and provides an overview of the region, subject focus, student outcomes and excursions & activities. (The subject focus and student outcomes allow a snapshot of exactly what students will gain from the tour.)

All tours also offer alternative excursions and useful travel & accommodation information.

So simply ‘pick and mix' and create a unique tailor-made itinerary that is suitable for you.

Interactive worldwide map

If you prefer to find out about the destinations and countries that we offer through more interactive means then we hope you like our worldwide map on the Home Page.

By hovering over the map you can search through the continents and countries before discovering the relevant tour destination that is suitable for your students.

Furthermore, above the Quick Links section, we have supplied a list of our Top 10 Destinations to give you an idea about where other group leaders have been taking their students recently.

'Wish list' 

Underneath the Group Leader choice is a ‘Wish list' that lets you store any tours that catch your eye. This is like a shopping basket where all the relevant information will be stored for you to view at the end of each session or at a later date - perfect for when teachers are pushed for time in school.
