Step 3

We will then send you a booking form and all the relevant information and resort material you need to proceed. Fill out the booking form and send it back to us, within two weeks of the provisional registration, along with the following:

If you are travelling by coach you will need to include:

An initial deposit of £35 per paying member, this payment includes your insurance premium.

A second deposit of £55 per paying member should be sent to us eight weeks after the first deposit.

If you are travelling by air you will need to include:

An initial deposit of £100 per paying member, this payment includes your insurance premium.

A second deposit of £55 per paying member (£100 out of Europe) should be sent to us eight weeks after the first deposit.

For air tours based on low cost carriers, deposit payments schedule can be agreed with your sales executive.   

Step 4

Contact your dedicated Travelbound tour co-ordinator and let them know the final numbers.

We will then send you a Final Details Form which you should return to us within 16 weeks prior to departure.

Step 5

The final balance is due 10 weeks before departure. If for any reason this payment is delayed we reserve the right to apply an administrative charge of £10 per person.

Step 6

We will send you all relevant travel documentation 2-3 weeks prior to departure followed by air tickets that will be sent by special delivery.

Ferry crossing and Eurotunnel tickets will be issued on arrival at the port.

Please note: For bookings travelling less than 10 weeks after confirmation, full payment is due on confirmation. All deposits paid are non-refundable.
