  • Bordighera

The British have a long-lasting love for this resort which started in 1885 after the publication in Edinburgh of a book extolling the virtues of the town’s temperate winters. At the end of the XIX century, the British visitors outnumbered the locals. Nowadays, British performing groups can still count on the locals’ exceptionally warm welcome.

  • Monaco

Cross the border to France and visit Monaco where you can explore this luxurious and world famous municipality. Your yout group will be able to visit the Monte Carlo casino or the Palace to witness the changing of the guard, which happens every day at 11:55 am.

  • Albenga

Of Celtic origins, the little village of Albenga has the best-preserved historic centre in the region; four of its medieval tower houses and some houses built according to the traditional Roman plan can still be seen. Performances take place on the medieval square of San Michele in front of the eponymous Cathedral.

  • Alassio

Alassio is a sophisticated resort with a small marina, spectacular views and a lovely beach. Popular as a winter health resort because of its climate, the composer Elgar wrote a concert-overture while holidaying here in the 1903-1094 Winter. Concerts take place on Piazza Partigiani, right on the water’s edge.
