By coach:

All UK coaches are subject to our CoachSafe ® system, developed in association with independent expert transportation consultants. Our UK fleet are handled by Classic Coaches. Classic are part of the STATUS group, one of the UK's largest Coach Organisations. We are pleased to continue our excellent working relationship with Classic, thereby assuring you a high standard of service and quality.

By air, land and sea:

When we provide travel by means other than coach we always comply with the standards set by the appropriate regulatory body.

Accommodation

No matter whether your students are staying in a city hotel, youth hostel or a jungle lodge we will do our utmost to ensure they are as safe as possible.

One of our trained members of staff will undertake a rigorous auditing process using the travel industry's leading Federation of Tour Operators (FTO) protocols, as developed in association with independent expert consultants and based on the FTO agreed Preferred Codes of Practice.

With our homestay accommodation we thoroughly undertake all of the standard measures and checks to ensure these are the safest places for our students to be placed. Also the majority of our homestays have been used for many years and a strong and trusting relationship has been built with the hosts.

If a unit is deemed un-safe or poses a high safety risk to our clients after being assessed by our trained Health and Safety advisors then it will simply not be used.

Excursions & Activities

We take all reasonable steps to ensure risks are effectively managed during any excursion or activity featured within our varied itineraries.

Where appropriate, all excursions are accompanied by expert guides who aim to bring you the ultimate experience while also ensuring your safety. When using a supplier to provide this service, Travelbound will ensure the supplier meets the highest standards possible.
