    Europa-Park Christmas Markets

    During its winter season, Europa-Park, Germany's largest theme park, will present itself as a magical winter wonderland with thousands of colourful decorated fir trees, festive illuminations plus hundreds of attractions and fascinating shows for all ages. Visitors can hurtle down from the dizzy heights of high speed roller coasters, gaze at fascinating acrobatic international shows, immerse themselves in the underwater world or stroll through a traditional German Christmas Market.

    Europa-Park

    Europe's second largest theme park is split into thirteen different ‘European countries' with 100 rides and spectacular shows, complimenting scientific, historical and geographical exhibits. During the Advent period Europapark is transformed into a sparkling wonderland with a Christmas Market, ice-rink, bobsleighs, the Magic Parade of Lights and many special winter attractions.

    This famous university city provides a number of opportunities for outdoor performances, such as the beautiful Stadtgarten in the heart of town. It’s a chance to experience typical German life with bustling market squares, traditional coffeehouses and busy networks of small canals.

    Strasbourg

    The city of Strasbourg, over the Rhine in France, has 11 Christmas markets to choose from and festive traditions dating back to the Middle Ages. This is one of the oldest markets in France and regional specialities, crafts and gifts are available in abundance. Strasbourg is full of medieval charm with a magnificent cathedral, half-timbered houses and canals. The city is also the seat of the Council of Europe, the European Parliament and The Court of Human Rights.
