Located at the centre of Beijing City is the infamous Tiananmen Square, where you can visit Tiananmen Tower, the Monument to the People's Heroes, the Great Hall of the People, Mao Zedong's Memorial Hall and see the national flag raising ceremony. A visit here allows students to reflect upon the struggle of the people of China and how the state values its privacy.
