• A tour of the Peloponnese is a real treat for students of Greek history & Classics as it includes the sites that have spawned not only legends but civilization as we know it. From Olympia to Sparta to Pylos this large peninsula, is renowned the world over for its importance to the ancient world.

  • Naúplion

    The original capital of Greece, nestling on the coast of the Argolic Gulf, Naúplion, or Nafplio, boasts three castles for your students of ancient civilisation to explore. Your students will enjoy learning the story of the Castle of Bourtzi, located in the harbour to protect the city from invaders.

  • Sparta

    Steeped in myths and legends, Sparta is a must-visit stop on your classical studies trip to the Peloponnese. Discover thousands of Spartan relics, dating from the Neolithic age to the late Roman period, at the town’s fascinating archaeological museum.

  • Mystras
