The Chateau du Molay provides the perfect environment for school groups to undertake fieldwork relating to sustainability. Pupils can visit an organic goat farm or investigate waste reduction and sustainable energy techniques used at the chateau itself.
From October 2010, every tour to the chateau will be entirely carbon neutral! All transport, food mileage and energy use will be offset by Carbon Offsets Ltd to fund a wind farm project in South Africa!
