  • The Language of Spanish Cooking

    What better way to learn about the culture, language and food of Spain than combining learning Spanish with cooking traditional local dishes. As you learn more about the cooking techniques, flavours and ingredients the language will begin to make sense and can be adapted to every day practical use.

  • Traditional Cookery Practical

    This practical cookery demonstration allows you to find out what goes into a typical Spanish paella. All the ingredients can be bought at the local market and a hands-on display makes the whole experience an extremely memorable occasion.

  • Traditional Cookery Demonstration

    Our professional chefs will show your group how to cook tortillas and the local specialty, Queseda. You will have the chance to ask questions and take notes which will be useful for when you come to prepare the dish yourself. After the demonstration you will be served the food for lunch.
