Marrakech provides a glimpse of Africa where food is colourful, intriguing and sometimes downright shocking! Our tours take you on a journey through bazaars, markets and outside kitchens where pupils will learn how to prepare and cook traditional Moroccan meals such as tagines, brochettes and couscous. School groups will also find out more about the people of Northern Africa and how their way of life, predominantly Muslim, affects what and how they eat.
