Study the struggle against the Apartheid by allowing students to explore the experiences which have real effects on modern South African society. Students can therefore observe first-hand what's changed and what's stayed the same, as well as seeing the monuments to the victims.

• KS 4-5: South Africa's wildlife and nature reserves.
Student Outcomes:
• Engage with the topic of apartheid, study the legacy of colonial rule and learn of the challenges that face South Africa.
• Understand the history of South Africa and help engage with township communities.
• Visit the local nature reserves and see the baboons and penguins.
• Enjoy a traditional Braii (BBQ) and experience authentic live South African Music.
It makes a huge difference as a busy teacher to have people on the other end of the phone who always seem to be so helpful with solving the inevitable problems that arise in the organisation of such trips.
