The Chateau du Molay can cater for up to 195 guests and our English management team will look after the safety and welfare of your pupils from morning to night.

At Travelbound we take pride in being an environmentally sustainable company and are constantly improving procedures to make our Château du Molay even more eco-friendly.
Due to the amount of food wastage at the Chateau we have made the decision to serve two course meals to pupils instead of three. However Party leaders and teachers will still receive a 3 course meal.
We pride ourselves on the meals we provide and can assure you that the same high standard of food will be maintained.

Chateau Activities & Excursions
All our staff are highly trained in school trip management and we have a professional British entertainments team, complete with a resident 'animateur', to ensure a wide variety of organised fun and games are available to your school group. Thanks to the chateau's proximity to the coast the museums, monuments and beaches of Normandy are within easy reach.

Twinning Programme
This is a wonderful initiative that encourages UK schools to link up with their Continental equivalents. Our very own Chateau du Molay hosts over 50 French groups each summer and we can organise a twinning programme that will enable your pupils to get in-touch prior to meeting at the Chateau.
Twinning is a great way for pupils to learn more about the language and culture of France before, during and after their visit to the Chateau du Molay. Getting to know a French school is also useful for future projects including pen pals, exchange visits and on-line interaction.

Chateau du Molay - Sustainable TravelThe chateau recently received a SILVER AWARD for its efforts to promote and achieve sustainability. This means that we're one of the most sustainable hotels in France!
From October 2010, every tour to the chateau will be entirely carbon neutral! All transport, food mileage and energy use will be offset by Carbon Offsets Ltd to fund a wind farm project in South Africa!
Safety and Peace of Mind
The Chateau du Molay is set in its own secluded grounds on the outskirts of the traditional Norman village of Molay Littry. All rooms have fitted smoke alarms and both the main building and annex have emergency stairways and exits. No bedrooms are on the ground floor. A school trip night porter provides 24-hour security and we employ a qualified lifeguard for the swimming pool.
Work in France
Do you know of anyone that would be interested in working at the Chateau du Molay? The chateau is a great place for young people wanting to gain experience working with children while living abroad. The chateau caters for school groups and your role will involve working to ensure our guests are catered for in a safe and enjoyable environment.

The Chateau du Molay is available for other bookings apart from school trips - why not enjoy a self-drive holiday in Normandy or organise a team building or corporate event?
