The quality of communication was exceptional, Sammy answered all my questions quickly and I always felt I could get in touch if I needed to. Travelbound were truly a breath of fresh air given the appalling experience we had with one of your competitors, and you have renewed my faith in travel companies. The whole process was excellent and the standards far exceeded my expectations. The quality you provided has persuaded me to run this trip for another year rather than passing it on to a colleague. Thank you!
