Once your booking is confirmed, your Tour Co-ordinator will support you with all the details:
Confirmation Documents – Includes insurance details (where applicable) and key dates.
Passport and Visa – Ensure all students have correct documents and GHIC cards for European trips.
Payment Schedule – Second deposits due 6 weeks after the first; final balance 14 weeks before departure.
Final Forms – Your Tour Coordinator will advise on timelines for Passenger Information and designing your itinerary.
Travel Documentation and Itinerary – sent before departure via our Travelbound app.
