Mahou-San Miguel Beer Group offers guided tours for students to get to know the process of making their famous Spanish beer. In the factory they see how beer-making tradition is combined with modern technology to create a quality product. Audio-visuals and dedicated rooms are used to show the industrial installations, and the history of the San Miguel brand.

This is a co-operative set in Santa Pau, surrounded by beech trees and with over 500 cows. The Cooperation is operated by a workforce of mainly disabled people, creating employment opportunities. In the visit the students can see the maintenance of animals, milk production and the creation of different products like milk, yoghurts and cream.

Mercabarna is a precinct encompassing the Central Fruit and Vegetable Market, Central Fish Market, Central Flower Market, the Mercabarna Slaughterhouse, and numerous other buildings. Dating back to the middle ages, the Boqueria is one of Barcelona’s leading attractions.
