When appropriate, we can discuss opportunities for familiarisation or pre-tour visits. These help teachers become more confident with accommodation, key locations and logistics, supporting both personal understanding and formal approval processes.

On receipt of your gender breakdown, we will submit this to the accommodation and wait for rooming allocations to be sent back.

As early as possible so we can ensure all elements of your trip are suitable for all passengers. We recommend speaking to your Account Manager about this at the sales stage; however, if this isn’t possible, please speak with your Tour Co-ordinator.
Your driver can drive for 9 hours within an 11-hour working day, with a 30-minute rest required every 4 hours.
